SHIPPING INFORMATION

Welcome to the MLB Loyal Fan lineup! We know you’re excited to get your new gear, so we’ve simplified our shipping process to get your order from the “printing press” to your “home plate” as efficiently as possible.

I. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME (The “Warm-up”)

Because each item is custom-printed and made-to-order specifically for you, it takes a little time to ensure the quality is major-league ready.

  • Standard Processing: 3–7 business days.
  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or big game weeks, processing may take up to 10 business days.
  • Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. We appreciate your patience while we craft your unique fan gear!

II. SHIPPING TIMES (The “Home Run” Stretch)

Once your order is printed and packed, it’s handed off to our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • United States (Domestic): 5–10 business days.
  • International: Currently, we focus primarily on the US market to ensure the fastest delivery times.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: Most fans receive their orders within 10–15 business days from the date of purchase.

III. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer competitive flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders.
  • Promotions: Keep an eye out for our “Free Shipping” promos on orders over a certain amount! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

IV. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your package is scanned by the carrier, we will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
  • You can track your order directly through our website or on the carrier’s portal.

V. SHIPPING ADDRESS & ACCURACY

To ensure your gear arrives at the right stadium, please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
  • Forwarding: If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

VI. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you can’t find your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan items as delivered early).
  3. If it’s still missing, contact us at hi@mlbloyalfan.com, and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
