At MLB Loyal Fan, we want you to be as excited about your gear as a walk-off home run. However, because our products are custom-printed and made-to-order just for you, we handle exchanges a bit differently than a traditional big-box retailer.
I. REPLACEMENTS FOR DEFECTS OR ERRORS
If we drop the ball, we’ll make it right! We will provide a free replacement if:
- Manufacturing Error: The product has a tear, hole, or structural defect.
- Printing Issue: The design is significantly different from what was shown, blurry, or peeling.
- Wrong Item Sent: You ordered a Yankees shirt and got a Red Sox one (our apologies—that’s a major error!).
- Size Mismatch: The item size varies significantly from the provided size chart (more than 1 inch/2.5cm).
II. ELIGIBILITY & TIMEFRAME
To be eligible for a replacement, please note the following:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- No return needed: In most cases, we don’t want you to waste money shipping the defective item back. Just send us clear photos, and we will send a new one!
III. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS (The “Check Your Stats” Clause)
Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for:
- Customer Errors: Selecting the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong team design.
- Change of Mind: You decided you’d rather have a hoodie instead of a t-shirt after it’s been printed.
- Address Errors: If the package is lost or undelivered because you provided the wrong shipping address.
Pro Tip: Please consult our Size Chart carefully before hitting the “Buy” button!
IV. HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT
Don’t worry, we don’t make you jump through hoops. Just follow these steps:
- Email us at hi@mlbloyalfan.com with the subject line: “Replacement Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”.
- Attach a clear photo of the damaged/wrong item and a photo of the shipping label.
- Our “Review Booth” will check the play and get back to you within 24-48 hours. If approved, your new gear will be in production immediately!
V. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once the “printing press” starts rolling (after 12 hours), the order is locked in and cannot be canceled.
