We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

- Custom/personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
How to Return
- Email us at hi@mlbloyalfan.com with your order number
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label
- Ship the item back to us
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no charge.
